In 1986, our QRD successfully learned to develop products with computer design assistant system, it improved our development ability and make the time spent on development shorter. In 1990, to stride forward to multi-product development, we opened the smelting factory to produce stems and seatposts, and to bring in automatic production facility and mechanical arms to make the production capability higher and we increased our capital for another a hundred ninety nine millions NT dollars that year.

To follow the government's principle of “Upgrading industries” , we've been focusing on new product research and development to increase the addition values of products. To increase self-production rate, we increased the capital for another two hundred million NT dollars in 1993 to invest to open a factory in Nangan. In addition to increase the product lines of shift cables to make the sales higher, we also invest the capital in brake pads and plastic injection production lines to decrease the needs of outsourcing components.
