This bicycle wheel is attached by a lever-actuated mechanism
that allows you to install and remove the wheel without tools. To
tighten up the system, turn the lever clockwise. Depending on
the frame or fork construction it may be necessary to throw the
lever several time. To open the system, pull-up and turn the lever
counterclockwise. Ensure that the lever is back to its normal BRAKE SYSTEM
position after every adjusting (As figure).
