Training Development :
Leechi consider our employees as the most important asset. We would spend all our efforts on training our employees. We made a comprehensive training plan and provide our staff with a good learning environment. Our staff can improve the knowledge and skills that need for work through multi-studying and also, to create a better career life by combining education training with personal life and career plan. We're very willing to cultivate our staff and to make them become the stars at Leechi. We also hope to grow up with our staff. At Leechi, as long as you want to, the chance is yours.

Training to freshman:
It means the prior training after new people have checked in, in order to help freshmen to understand the system and to fit in the organization culture and to introduce the basic concept and skills to them.



In-service training:
High moral and low leaving rate keep improving Leechi's core competition power. All of our Leechi people are willing to share with our staff their own professional knowledge, thus we all believe that each other's honor is built on Win-Win situation. Also, we hire professional teachers to give our staff classes to improve self-professions.

Training outside of company:
Leechi considers profession very important and do all our efforts to provide our staff with professional training. For the training courses work related, Leechi always pay for it to encourage our staff to keep learning outside of company.

Training by position:
In according with position, we provide different trainings and leading classes to need the needs of superiors and our company's goals.

Training by function:
To make sure that each function has their professional knowledge and skills needed, we use all kinds of training methods to pass down, make sure, and strengthen our professional skills.
         

Language Training:
We hold Business English classes, so that our staff can study foreign languages in the company to develop their international views and to improve their professional capability

Internal lecturer training system:
With mutual company culture and management philosophy, our internal lecturers are the best people to pass down knowledge and skills. Thus, training our outstanding staff to great lecturers will be the most important way to accumulate experiences and pass down knowledge for company.

With a particular training classroom, our employees can study in a good environment and to expand their skills.
